No – OFFSITE is an all-inclusive event experience. We offer exclusive access to the facility, collaboration with our experienced staff, private fiber Wi-Fi, full a/v, unlimited hot and cold beverages, snacks and select office supplies. Guests who elect in catering will have the charges included upfront in their quote.
When can I host my event?
OFFSITE hours of operation typically take place from 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., but event hours can be arranged according to your specific needs.
Will I have to share the event space?
Our spaces are tailored for you and your event only. Your event will have exclusive access to the entire venue.
Is AV included?
Yes — utilize total connectivity in our event spaces. From high speed Wi-Fi to high definition TVs, as well as conference phones, smart boards, surround sound, and iMac desktops. There are also plenty of power outlets in every room. Additionally, our staff is always ready to streamline any technology issues. What are my food/beverage options?
OFFSITE offers complimentary beverages and snacks to keep guests energized. Enjoy a variety of Nespressos, coffees, teas, sodas, fruits, chips, candies and more as part of your rental. For full meals, we have preferred menus you can order from. Or, we are happy to collaborate with your preferred vendor.
